Shipping Fees & Carriers

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated from the date the package is dispatched, excluding order‑processing time:

• United States, Canada, Australia: 3‑7 business days
• Europe: 4‑8 business days

Tracking & Notifications

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing carrier details and your tracking number. Please allow 24‑48 hours for shipping‑tracking information to refresh and display updates.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, or if your goods are lost, damaged or delayed during transit, please reach out to our customer‑support team within 7 calendar days from the estimated delivery date stated on tracking.
